 We Hold These Truths members joined CARMA (Coalition of Arab and Muslim Americans) to protest the brutal blockade of the Gaza Strip by Israel. Intermittent power supplies and dwindling supplies for the past 2 weeks have resulted in the death of at least one infant and forced the evacuation of 200 new born babies from local hospitals. PARAMUS — A Christian church s pro-Israeli views came under fire Sunday when a small group of protesters picketed during worship services, carrying signs that said "No More Wars for Israel."...With police looking on, members of the anti-Zionist group Project Strait Gate marched outside the Maranatha Church of the Nazarene to protest what they believe is the church s "destructive" support of Israel.

Malnutrition, the first fatal step to starvation is now prevalent in Gaza. Consider the man I met, a night watchman with 8 children lucky to have a job, but there is little work in Gaza now. And his friend, so proud of his twenty three (23) children! There is no bread, no fuel, or electricity and it is chill cold there in November. All Gazans are blockaded by the Israeli Army, with the Bush Administration s full support. This blockade has been there for fourteen days now, all but forgotten by the world.
